Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance on Jan 25, 2019

UPDATE, Schedule Maintenance has been postponed!

We’ve decided to postpone scheduled maintenance for 1 week.

Scheduled maintenance will occur on:

January 25, 2019 from 12pm to 3pm Pacific Standard Time (20:00 - 23:00 UTC).

The original maitenance window has been canceled and the service will remain available as normal until the maintenance scheduled on January 25, 2019.

We are announcing a maintenance window on January 18, 2019 from 12pm to 3pm Pacific Standard Time (20:00-23:00 UTC). During this time the service will be unavailable as we will be performing a significant infrastructure upgrade.

You can find announcements and status updates about the progress of our maintenance by following our twitter account and checking our status page.

We will announce the start and end of the maintenance, as well as any relevant status updates.

We anticipate the infrastructure upgrade to take much less time than the scheduled 3 hour window, however we’re scheduling the full 3 hours just to be safe.

The goals of this upgrade include:

  • Faster access to the service for all customers,
  • The ability to make more significant infrastructure changes in the future without needing to make the service unavailable

We know that taking our service offline is disruptive and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience you experience while we are unavaible.

We strive to provide the most delightful experience for our customers and we think you will be very pleased with the results of this upgrade.
